I ran 2 miles in 24 minutes exactly today at my workout. 41 crunches. And hang bar for 30 seconds. Had a baby throw up (only one).

Last week I did a 1.5 mile run in 18.20. Crunches 56. Hang bar 32 seconds. Threw up three times.

Got to get these scores looking better. I want a sexy/built abs. I want this. I need this.
